Innocence Lost

Justin Darmanin, Woodbridge, ON

A fatal accident occurs in a fairly quiet suburb of Woodbridge, a small town in the city of Vaughan, located in Ontario Canada.

One night, a 16 year-old boy is tragically killed, when a speeding SUV collides with his mini dirt bike at a nearby intersection.

The man who killed the young boy was later charged with his death , with several additional charges. He was out on bail.

Through recounting the events of the accident and aftermath, Innocence Lost hopes to provide an insight into the nuances of humanity when tragedy strikes, and its residual trauma.

Justin Darmanin has been a working artist for most of his life. From heavy metal band front man, to acting on the small and large screens, to becoming an award-winning producer and director.

Justin loves listening to Canadaland and has been wanting to join the team for some time now. He is passionate about politics and social issues, and wishes to shed a light on untold and lesser-known stories and issues -locally and globally!
