River Wilde (they/them) is a gender-fluid queer artist from Kispiox Valley, BC, known for their versatile skills and community impact. An international burlesque performer, artist, and community reporter with autism, Wilde is a national award winning podcaster, board member, and radio host at CICK 93.9fm Smithers Community Radio. Their podcast, River Reads, won the 2023 Broadcast Dialogue Canadian Radio Award for Best Podcast in the Small Market category. Wilde's art has been featured in exhibitions across BC, and they are also an author, advocate, producer, drag king, mentor, emcee, singer, musician, event coordinator, and registered social worker.
